Sthira is a structured, embodied pathway for those who are tired of running on adrenaline and ready to return to steady strength.Over four weeks we move from regulation to resilience — restoring rhythm in the body and building the capacity to meet life without burnout.This is practical work.
Breath, sound, circulation, sleep rhythm and nervous system pacing are addressed directly.


Week One – Settle the System

We begin by lowering the stress load.Sessions may include:• Deep parasympathetic induction using warmth and light
• Guided breath ratios to stabilise cortisol rhythm
• Sensory regulation to reduce internal noise
You are introduced to a simple daily breath protocol and evening reset routine.The aim is composure — not sedation.


Week Two – Restore Rhythm

With regulation established, we begin to organise the body’s natural rhythms.Sessions are structured and progressive.Each session includes:• Guided sound work to deepen regulation and entrain steady internal rhythm
• Gentle breath structure to support consistency without strain
• Practical adjustments to sleep timing and daily pacing
• Food rhythm guidance to stabilise energy and digestion
In session, the body is guided into a more predictable pattern.Between sessions, this is reinforced through simple daily anchors.Energy becomes smoother.
Less spiked. More reliable.


Week Three – Build Capacity

Now we expand tolerance.Work may include:• Lymphatic flow sequence (short daily movement set)
• Structured breath holds or box breathing
• Measured stress exposure to build resilience
• Circulatory activation and posture reset
Calm becomes strength.


Week Four – Integrate and Move Forward

The final session consolidates what has shifted.We review:• Sleep quality
• Stress tolerance
• Digestive rhythm
• Daily structure
A forward plan is created so steadiness continues independently.You leave with tools — not dependency.

Sthira is for capable adults who feel wired but tired, productive but stretched, functional but not steady.It is not for those seeking emotional catharsis or crisis intervention.It is for those ready to rebuild rhythm and increase capacity.
